The writer of the epistle, I Peter, states “all flesh is like grass,.” Why start the day if this will be the end result of your hard work? Your reason to even rise, move the bed sheets has left your soul. How do you face the strain of moving from bed to looking at a sad face in the mirror to begin your creative process?
Do not sit and stew my friend, for there is hope.
24 For as Isaiah said,
I Peter 1:24-25 The Voice.
All life is like the grass,
and its glory like a flower;
The grass will wither and die,
and the flower falls,
25 But the word of the Lord will endure forever.[a]
This is the word that has been preached to you.
The Word of the Lord Endures Forever! This Hope is how you face the day. You can sink your teeth into this Truth because it is the gift given to you. Your creative process is a reflection of this reality inside.
WOW!! What does that sound like to you? I cannot do this creative life on my own and the deeper I walk, the more I do not want to. Creating is a community affair. I need the truth from my brothers and sisters spoken into my life and my creative process on a regular basis for the rich flow to continue.

I doubted my contribution as a creator. Past life statements covered my heart. A small group from our church went through the book -The Creative Call (https://sandiaackerman.com/why-do-you-do-this-creative-thing/). We encouraged each other, prayed for each other and drew out the gifts God had placed inside. We started to create out of being who God made us.
A Rich Creative Process…
Continuous output will cause you to wither and dry up. The hermit creative who feels no need for connection will experience the same. It is the deep connection to pursue and receive God’s love for you that will free you. Powerful connection in community will feed you.
This prayer-filled, creative, encouraging site is for all types of artists. I challenge you through this site to discover your creativity through God’s Lens. We can build a community to grow and become the creative blessings God made us to be.
